INTRODUCTION

  • The MS COO is accountable for the managed services contract profitability
  • Customer happiness and fulfilment of the contract
  • Business argument fulfilment and identifying add-on sales opportunities
  • Thus ensuring continuous improving of margins.
  • To handle and develop the customer relationship on the specific contract.
  • To run the customer work with respect of all service delivery to a specific customer
  • Ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements and as Ericsson’s customer concern point for performance.
  • Will act as the Ericsson’s counterpart of the Customer Chief Technology Officer, being the responsible one for the delivery execution and to ensure customer happiness, significantly chipping in to the customer’s and Ericsson business and act as people leader for the entire Managed Service Operation end to end

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of managed services (MS) delivery and profitability for each specific customer to ensure contractual requirements are satisfied and contracts are profitable
  • Act as a customer representative, performing periodic customer meetings to identify ways to improve customer relationships and secure internal priorities and quality performance by Ericsson
  • Ensure financial and operational performance monitoring and reporting to drive improvement
  • Establish WLA with the operations delivery team and ensure the team is fulfilling customer obligations
  • Secure and handle external operational agreements between delivery organizations and the customer, taking accountability for all solutions delivered to the customer
  • Support the Account in contractual renegotiation or pre-sales.
  • Identify and drive potential sales opportunities/add-on sales for the Network contract.
  • Engagement with Managed Services teams to plan and coordinate.
  • Handle contracts to ensure accurate scope, change procedures, invoice flow, and compliance, avoiding over or under delivery.

Eligibilities

  • Education: appropriate education as per the MA and BA.
  • Min years of experience: 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability in BSS, OSS and Cloud technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Ericsson Service Delivery Portfolio for Managed Services.
  • Technical and/or functional skills: GSM & CDMA Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation & integration of processes. People Management, Presentation Skills, Customer Relationship Management.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
