Ericsson is looking for Installation Engineering Manager 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the scope of installation engineering (IE), and material management and create a detailed time plan
- In agreement with Vendor Management, Customer and Project Manager plan the IE-related activities in the rollout
- Perform coordination works in reporting
- Based on the rollout plan secure internal and external rollout capacity
- Participate in the evaluation and assessments of ASP/SP’s.
- Ensure all contractual deliverables are delivered in due diligence, to the agreed guidelines and quality.
- Secure call-off process to issue purchase orders to suppliers and orders for internal resources. Track and control billing milestones from suppliers.
- Create Installation Engineering related implementation workforce Scope accordingly to the contract plan
- Secure those ASPs engaged in activities fully adhere and comply to all relevant Global and local; legal and financial
- Perform progress meetings, with Customers and Suppliers and secure progress reporting and information flow
- Coordinate with ASP on document preparation.
- Coordinate with ASP on material management & handling.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of site equipment connectivity, cabling, and CAD drawing.
- Strong knowledge of Radio/Transmission site survey, SIR, and As-Built preparation.
- Secure that quality, E & OHS, and Security KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
- Coordinate with Integration Engineers for node information.
- Guide and advise Field Engineers/Supervisors regarding the site survey, documentation, rectification, and overall activities.
- Obtain all completed PAT Documents, red marked SID, installed BoQ, and other installation documents and ensure an accurate as-built being produced and handed over according to the agreed process.
- Supervise the overall request for compensation
- Based on findings, initiate changes in purchasing model
- Via appropriate channels drive compensation from the Customer
- Together with the Customer and Project Manager agree on the acceptance procedure
- Setup acceptance procedures toward suppliers
- Monitor and act on the resolution of the punch list from the internal acceptance
- Implement performance measurements
- Secure that work executed is in accordance with customer and Ericsson directives and standards
- Perform daily OHS risk assessment of all sites.
- Report and act on deviations and initiate, if vital, investigation from experts. Implement resolution to issue
- Manage and act on change orders and deviations

Eligibilities
- BSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engg/Telecommunications Engg/ Computer Science and Engg
- 10-15+ years’ experience in Installation Engineering Management, preferably with Ericsson equipment.
- 2-5+ years’ experience working on a Radio site
