Ericsson is looking for 2nd Level Operations Lead 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team with 7-10 members, handle escalation, assign tasks and be involved in advanced level troubleshooting, guide team as per business demand.
- Perform day to day operational activities of CRM, Billing systems and provisioning.
- Handle Incident, problem, change and other ITSM related process management.
- Able to work for customer and 3PP management.
- Perform Handover, UAT for new deployment.
- Work with Multiple domains.
- Provide stakeholder service/feedback on daily manner.
- Carry on call 24/7 and handle incident end to end.
- Able to manage SOX control Artifacts.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, Electrical, IT, Telecom).
- Minimum Years of experience: 5-6 years’ of experience on BSS domain or in telecom area.
- Experience on Managed service would be an advantage.
- Experience of maintenance and operational work would be preferred.
