Ericsson is looking for 2nd Level Operations Engineer 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day operational activities of Charging / Billing / CRM / Provisioning / Infrastructure systems.
- Handle Incident, problem, change and other Managed Service related process management.
- Able to work for customer and 3PP management.
- Perform Handover, UAT for new deployment.
- Work with Multiple domains.
- Provide stakeholder service/feedback on daily manner
- Carry out 24/7 on call duties and handle incident end to end
- Able to manage SOX control Artifacts

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, Electrical, IT, Telecom)
- Minimum Years of experience: 3-5 years’ of experience on BSS domain
- 3+ years’ experience on telecom domain.
- Experience on Managed service would be an advantage
- Experience of maintenance and operational work would be preferred
