What you will do
- Perform day to day operational activities for OS, VM and storage systems
- Handle Problem management, Incident Management
- Able to work for 3PP management
- Perform Handover, UAT for new deployment
- Work with Multiple domain
- Provide stakeholder service/feedback on daily manner
- Carry on call 24/7 and handle incident end to end
- Able to manage SOX control Artifacts

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Lead. This job role will be responsible for the coordination, support, management, execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that service provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Eligibilities
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Minimum Years of experience: 3-4 years’ of experience on BSS domain
- 3-4 years’ experience on telecom products
- Experience on Managed service would be an advantage
- Experience of working in Ericsson IN will be preferred
