Job Nature: Part Time ( to communicate with different students and clients for initial query management and information collection)
Working Hours: 4 PM to 9 PM, 6 days per week)
Salary: 8,000 taka

Responsibilities:
- Answering or making calls to students to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues.
- Make relevant notes from student interactions.
- Identify any issues that students might be struggling with.
- Provide information on the Edroll services and generate interest in the offer.
- Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
