edotco Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is looking for Intern, Finance Shared Services 2022 in Dhaka
Job Purpose:
- Carry out reconciliation, to ensure better control on fixed assets, by matching system data and actual physical asset count at sites
- Ensure visibility of edotco assets at sites, by conducting physical verification of assets
- Reconciliation and updating fixed asset register, to confirm accuracy of tagging and assets existence
- On time support and communication with vendors working on projects, to validate the data uploaded to equip system
Key Accountabilities:
- Physical verification, report checking, correction and summarizing fixed assets data
- Visit sites, verification of asset, obtain asset information and perform reconciliation
- Perform reconciliation and check for any mismatch between FAR and vendors site visit data
- Report any variances and update fixed asset register data, as per physical verification report
- Extract and collect full fixed asset related data from D365 system, on a regular basis

Eligibilities
Academic Qualification:
- Currently perusing a BBA degree or a Graduate, majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputed national/international university
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication skill in written & verbal
- Strong analytical skill, along with proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
