Daraz is hiring Strategy and Operational Planning Analyst (Operations) 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual operational plans, forecast operations KPIs( Key Performance Indicators), set goals and provide data-driven, consultative analyses that directly supports quality decision making
- Create and maintain “Financial Models” to drive business decisions
- Own special analytics initiatives in coordination with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to answer tough business questions and drive business performance
- Support central rhythm of the operational reporting and analytics that scale insights on progress to goal, growth drivers and opportunity areas
- Understand the business operations, channel, and products
- Have the ability to relate and interact with all levels of the organization
- Actively participate the planning improvement processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or Equivalent from a Local or Global reputed university
- Minimum 3 Years Proven Experience as “Analyst”/” Business Analyst”/ “Planning Analyst”
