Responsibilities:

• Microtik & Cisco Manageable Switch & router manage & configure.
• CCTV Configurations & Management the Surveillance systems of head office and branch offices.
• Set up and repair operating system and solve Hardware & Software problems for Smooth running of all desktops/Laptop, printers.
• Provide Internet Support and Management the Local Area Network, Installation and troubleshooting of Network, hardware/software related issues.
• Management of IP-PABX (Telephony) and video conference solutions.
• IT services and solutions of branch offices through Supervision from Head office.
• Communication with Email Service Provider and troubleshoot when required.
• Configure, install & maintain IT infrastructure, Networking & CCTV camera, Network Printers, Switch Router and Firewalls.
• Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors in resolving day-to-day problems.
• Time Attendance Access Control System Maintenance.
• Networking & Related ICT tasks.
• Maintenance: Internet, Networking, LAN, CCTV, Mikrotik, Cisco, Netgear, TP Link, Belkin Router (When required)
