Job Responsibilities:
- National Directors lead in environments of complexity, and they need wisdom for navigating them. Changes in national politics, legal systems, and the environment (to name a few) require National Directors to anticipate what is coming and then adapt. They need to be truly local and truly global at the same time.
- Staff Leadership: communicates a compelling vision for the organization in alignment with the corporate mission. Models and promotes the organization’s global cultural behaviors (incorporating local standards) and provides leadership. Manages and leads towards organizational outcomes by being accountable for the work and performance of their staff. Responsible to help foster cross functional relationships, so as to further the organization’s effectiveness. Motivates field staff toward full engagement and effectiveness and ensures staff development programs are implemented.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements :-
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience
- 10+ years serving in a significant leadership role in an organization
- 5+ or more years working in the development and programmatic sector, with an extensive, clear understanding of the practical/field level experience
- Proven track record of leading people successfully
- Proven track record of generating and/or implementing new ideas
Travel Requirements
- May be required to travel up to 30% of normal schedule
