Coca-Cola is hiring Head of General Trade (Sales) 2021 in Dhaka
Your responsibilities will include leading their Sales team to achieve growth, designing strategic sales growth plans, and ensuring the implementation of the same.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the selling effort within the area of operations.
- Meeting sales volume and revenue targets together with related expense budgets.
- Maintaining the high morale and motivation of the sales team, and ensuring their continuous development
- Developing as a competitive advantage a world-class customer service
- Ensuring outlet execution to prescribed standards – RED
- Generating the company profitability, revenue, and market share – PADE
- Ensuring company profitability via sales volume (sell in/sell out), pack mix and pack size – OBPPC
- Establishing KPI for the sales team to focus on execution – Gain share of SOVI, distribution, outlets expansion, and activation: Range / Share / Activation
- Managing strong relationship with business stakeholders/ key distributors/wholesalers to ensure all the stakeholders perform as per company expectations and deliver the company KPI & volume achievement
- Driving the sales force automation projects
- Developing execution strategy to win in the marketplace and gain competitive advantage
- Developing and motivating the sales team and building the talent pool to support implementation of Commercial Capability initiatives
- Establishing sales objective by focusing on deliverable to meet the company goals
- Implements sales program and analyses sales trend by developing sales action plans
- Working with demand/supply planning on products supply, performing forecasting and planning for stocks availabilities, ensuring the stocks inventory meet the trade demand
- Working with commercial planning to establish the market execution plans or sales plans, cooler availabilities, capability development
- Working with the support team- Finance, Logistics and Legal to establish the distributors and trade requirements
- Providing inputs to the RTM & Commercial Capability team, Commercial Planning team regarding the trade dynamics such as channel definitions, size of customer/outlet base by geography, trade margins, discount and credit strategy, salesforce structure & size, and sales remuneration & incentives

Eligibilities
- 12-15 years’ solid experience relevant experience in FMCG / beverage manufacturing environment or any other related field, out of which 7-8 years in managerial capacity
- 4 years’ Graduation and/or Post-graduation in Business or any other relevant discipline with good academic results from a reputed university.
- Ability to develop and drive long/medium-term vision for the company.
- Strong leadership skills including motivations, drive, and persistence to make things happen
- Commercially sound with good knowledge and understanding of the way the market develops.
- Ability to seek opportunities given the evolving market trends
- Good people leadership skills with a strong understanding of the team dynamics and capability development
