JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth Transaction operations and prompt client service for Fund Transfer Unit (FTU).
- Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are followed while managing FTU Transactions.
- Ensure timely escalation of gaps and issues identified and also ensure timely corrective actions.
- Ensure Operating Procedures are properly followed and required changes/identified gaps are escalated and resolved.
- Partner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships
- Communicate/Visit to Regulator and ensure minimizing query from them regarding Transaction related approval (Both Pre and Post-Facto)
- Providing transaction related advisory support to customer after liaising with Product and Relationship Manager.
- Ensure timely reporting of transactions to regulator.
- Participate in Sanity Test/UAT test for FTU related product processor.
- Ensure knowledge sharing initiatives among the team members.
- Ensure coordination and completion of any project/assignment given by management/seniors.
- Ensure Audit deliverables on time (Internal Audit and Bangladesh Bank Audit).
- Knowledge on Foreign Exchange Guidelines is required (specially Airlines/Shipping/Courier related remittances).
