Checkpoint Systems is hiring Customer Service Officer 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Check order receive status daily basis.
- Issue & send PI within 24 hours to vendors.
- Update vendors over mail & phone.
- Follow up for payment received from vendors’ end & afterward proceed for bulk production.
- Follow up with commercial for shipping document preparation.
- Follow up with the production team for making goods ready on time.
- Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
- Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
- Provides feedback regarding the increase/decrease of business as a base for appropriate management decision-making.
- Follow up with the Supply Chain department for the smooth material issue.
- Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
- Follow the Team leader’s decision as well as the company’s rules & regulations

Eligibilities
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 or 2 years of customer service experience, knowledge in the apparel/Garments Accessories/Packaging Industry get preference.
Job Requirements:
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Clear concept regarding the apparel industry
- Must have skill in email correspondence.
- Proficient in computer operation like Windows, MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
