Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome all clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a corporate and professional manner and maintain records related to the operation.
- Attend phone calls incoming/outgoing (local) with the greeting and answer them in a professional way.
- Attained all visitors and solve their requirements or inform the concerned person
- Receive all incoming letters, documents, Facebook messenger, and emails to the concerned staff/department and reply to customer queries.
- Maintain effective communication process with other departments and organizations on behalf of Management requirements.
- Manage dispatch and handle all incoming and outgoing (local/ international) surface emails efficiently
- Provide general administrative support
- Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience:
- At least 2 years
Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Both females and males are allowed to apply
- Candidates must be representable, strong command of English (speaking & Writing), and be intelligent.
- Candidates need to work in an organized way.
- Good command of Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, Microsoft outlook & Internet.
- 2 – 5 years experience in a relevant job, experience working in a multinational company will be an added advantage.
- Must be self-motivating & a teamwork mentality.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
