Brandix is searching for General Manager – Operations 2021 in Chattogram

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Operations strategy for plants across the SBU in alignment with Brandix’s vision and goals
  • Drive achievement of targets across plants and ensure products meet customer standards/specifications and OTD
  • Oversee Operations improvement initiatives/projects across the SBU and ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and plant profitability across all plant activities
  • Leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to efficiently manage business operations
  • Lead and set direction for the team

Eligibilities

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Clothing Technology and preferably an additional qualification in Business Studies in any discipline i.e., Business Management/Operations Management
  • Should possess over 15 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in heading a large Knit Manufacturing plant/plants with double shifts in Bangladesh, Vietnam or Sri Lanka
