Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update the alumni database to ensure accurate records
- Develop and disseminate newsletters, emails, and social media updates to engage alumni
- Coordinate alumni-student mentorship initiatives to enhance career and academic support
- Support alumni events such as reunions, networking sessions, alumni Adda and campaigns
- Work closely with university departments, including Career Services and Advancement, to align alumni activities with institutional goals
- Gather alumni feedback to improve engagement strategies and assess program effectiveness

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a reputed university with excellent academic credentials
Additional Requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the related field. Familiarity with alumni relations, engagement strategies, and event planning
- Proficiency in database management. Skilled in digital tools, including email marketing, social media, and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in Bangla in English
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to fostering lifelong connections between alumni and the university
- Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements
