BRAC is looking for Programme Organiser, Climate Change Programme (Project Staff) 2021
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of project activities at the field level.
- Identify and select project participants following the criteria set in the operation plan.
- Assist in organizing and conducting capacity development training to the project participants.
- Assist in disseminating livelihood support to the selected project participants.
- Maintain strong communication and networking with local government officials for implementing social accountability initiatives.
- Follow up field level implementation in the project implementing sites.
- Undertake other duties from time to time as may be required by the project
- Support the Deputy Manager as a whole so that the projects activities achieve results against stated objectives and outcomes.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
