Job Responsibilities :-
- As an embedded learning professional, take the initiative in capacity building for all staff within the relevant programme(s), ensuring they fulfil their roles effectively, and develop capacity development plans accordingly.
- Act as an embedded liaison, negotiating and coordinating with the respective programme(s).
- Assess learning needs and design appropriate training programmes.
- Ensure the standardisation of training curricula, materials, tools, and methods for training products.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Job Requirements :-
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management (HRM) / Public Administration / Psychology / Management/Social Science, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources including 3-year experience in Human Capital Development (HCD), Organisational Development (OD), Talent Management and Training & Development (T&D).
