Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing Agriculture & Social Forestry related strategy to increase programme efficiency.
• Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for effective execution of agriculture and social forestry-related programme activities.
• Ensure timely distribution of various enterprise-specific inputs and services at the field level through developing necessary planning both on the supply and demand side.
• Development of enterprise-specific budget, cash flow chart, and activity follow up mechanism for the achievement of desired programme goal.
• Responsible for the regular monitor, supervise and tracking of progress of agriculture and social forestry enterprises, identify challenges related to the specific enterprise through regular field visits, report analysis, and special assignments to assist management in decision making.
• Explore cost-effective innovative techniques in a programme for the sustainable achievement of desired outcomes.
• Capacity development of staffs and participants in agriculture and social forestry through providing regular and need-based technical guidelines,  technical training (need analysis, training module, materials  & guideline development), mentoring and knowledge sharing etc.
• Effective coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to accumulate policy research and practice related information as well as dissemination of acquired knowledge to other team members.
• Ensure direct supervision of respective field-level staff. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
