BRAC is looking for Lead, Health, USAID Bangladesh America Maitree Activity 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities :-
- Collaborate with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team to develop the Theory of Change (ToC), performance indicators, and the Performance Indicator and Indicator Framework (PIIF), including activity result chains and integration strategies.
- Review study reports, field data, and research documents to extract insights and generate knowledge for the project and its partners, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
- Promote locally led solutions by facilitating local knowledge generation and integrating Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) into thematic activities to ensure inclusivity and equity.
- Assist in reviewing Expressions of Interest (EOI) and grant proposals for selecting project partners.
- Collaborate with partners to improve their implementation plans and address technical gaps.
- Develop and monitor partner activity plans in coordination with MEL, recommending adjustments to enhance performance and align with budget guidelines.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements :-
Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Experience Requirement
At least 7 years of experience in a senior-level position in a relevant field with a proven track record of developing strategies and providing strategic guidance.
Additional Job Requirements
- Proficient in the theory of change, results framework, and USAID programming approaches, with a strong understanding of food security concepts and relevant M&E indicators.
- Familiar with environmental hazards and mitigation strategies related to agricultural interventions, along with knowledge of USAID’s environmental policy.
