Job Responsibilities:
- Identification of potential clients through survey
- To admit new clients according to target and facilitating loan disbursement to new & existing borrowers.
- Ensuring installment collection on the definite collection date and giving effort to overdue realization as per set target.
- To prepare loan proposal ,Installment realization schedule Loan related papers etc
- Lone & guarantor selection according to regulations and circulars.
- Providing prompt service to customers and establishing relationships through courteous behavior.

Eligibilities
- 1-2 years of experience in the development sector or corporate sector.
- Master
- Given incentive & OD Outstanding Ratio
- Managing portfolio quality
- Achieving targets
- Maintaining compliance & other processes according to policies
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
