BRAC is hiring a Lead, Human Resource Business Partner 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR business needs analysis with the designated programmes /business units for developing an annual HR action plan and facilitate the execution of HR action plans.
- Provide technical inputs to the designated programmes/business units for developing organogram, workforce budget, and workforce planning for attraction, development, and retention strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, placement, retrenchment and exit process ensuring the system requirement and policy compliance.
- Coach senior leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent mapping, learning and development, succession planning and performance management to promote a culture of continuous growth and development
- Plan and lead HR transformational projects to streamline/implement new structures/roles, and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting organisational demands.
- Develop HR analytics and reports for relevant HR KPIs.
- Provide inputs in solving HR problems by gathering facts, conducting proper consultations, and responding appropriately to each situation while working towards solutions that meet both the stakeholder and organisation’s needs.
- Manage the performance of team members and develop their professional capacities for supporting HR Business targeting

Eligibilities
- Ability to solve complex functional, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.

- Serve as a role model and thought leader on Human Capital issues and coach HRBPs in their development
