BRAC International is hiring Senior Officer, Internal Audit, Internal Audit Department 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
A. Audit operation activities
- Conduction of audit as per Monthly Audit Schedule in line with Annual Audit Plan and assist in preparation of Annual Internal Plan for the next year.
- Ensure quality of audit reports and meet management expectation through meeting, discussion with management along with proper documentation.
- Ensuring preservation of sufficient and appropriate documentation against audit findings.
- Assist in report reviewing, preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, MIS reports, reply not found in due time.
- Assist in preparation of documents for Internal Audit review Management Committee Meeting.
B. Communication
- Communicate with different zone, division and section within the department for successfully implementation of annual audit plan.
- Maintain co-ordination with programmes and other department for audit related matters and regarding update of circular during the year.
C. Leadership
- Exchange views and satisfy queries of junior audit staffs and supervisor for smooth operation of IAD.
D. Team building
- Provide on the job training to juniors within engagement team.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge on Auditing, IT Skills, Communication Skills.
- Knowledge on IIA Standards, Laws and Regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance and Accounts.
- Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Hard Working
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of work experience will be given preference.
