Bproperty is Hiring Executive, IT & Network Support 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in-house staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop & Desktops Computers, peripheral equipment and software within company-established standards & guidelines.
- Set up and monitor the server and storage functions and system infrastructure.
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintains documentation.
- Communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
- Time to time system health checkups, Investigating, diagnosing and solving all IT-related equipment faults and resolving accordingly.
- Visit different branches/marketplaces for ensuring IT & Network support to employees.
- Manage and troubleshoot for CCTV surveillance, Routers, Attendance system.
- Provide IT supports to user-end IT assets and conduct IT training.
- In-depth knowledge and ability to manage and maintain Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner, Projector, finger access control devices.
- Attending to internal customer complaints and queries through phone calls, and emails and visiting different marketplace visits when required.

Eligibilities
Education & Experiences:
- B.Sc. in CSE / EEE / ETE or equivalent from any reputed university
- ITIL, CCNA / MTCNA will get preference
- Professional Certification: Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certification) is a plus
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT support and network administration or a similar role.
- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
- Call Center Management
- IT service desk Management(on-site & Remote)
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management;
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), data backup/recovery, etc;
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to work under stress and team management.
