Job Responsibilities:
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure seamless experience in issuance of Email ID, IT assets, Finger Print, etc.
- New joiner onboarding covering: HRIS processes, leaves, attendance, lunch activations, org introduction, orientation, probation period assessment and so forth
- Ensure ID card, Visiting Card, Employee File, any kind of employee documents for the employees and update employee information dashboard on a regular basis
- Organize monthly exciting events and activities to boost employee engagement
- Collaborate seamlessly with our Group Payroll team to ensure that salary disbursement and tax calculations are accurate and complete on time
- Ensure a smooth offboarding process to the exit employee on time – handover, clearance, exit interview, and so on.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- 1 year of experience in HR and admin
Other Requirements:
- A genuine passion for People Management
- Previous work experience with Employee Life Cycle and Administration
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Has a quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, and get things done before the deadline
