Job Responsibilities:
•Engage with senior management of Partner Financial Institutions to effectively manage strategic client relationships
•Lead commercial negotiations to establish new pricing models
•Ensure efficient business operations and outcome delivery through close supervision, training and guidance of operations team
•Set & meet Department’s annual business goals/targets, as well as contribute to achieve organization’s strategic goals
•Engage with industry leaders and market participants to assess bKash’s market position vis-à-vis competitors and develop strategic plan to respond to market-driven events
•Make critical decisions to respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated market changes to preserve/fulfil business goals (such as maintaining market share, topline growth etc)
•Share relevant knowledge and experience with team members to empower colleagues to proactively plan for and mitigate organization risk
•Encourage holistic professional and personal growth of team members through mentorship and training
•Contribute to improving organizational/team culture to deliver business outcomes through steadfast determination to overcome challenges as well as empathy and respect for colleagues

Eligibilities
Academic Qualification:
•Master’s degree in Finance/BBA/Economics/Statistics will be preferred
Job experience in relevant industry:
•10+ years of work experience in a financial institution in a business/market-facing role
Key Skills:
•Must be intellectually curious, and open minded to learn and work on new, unfamiliar ideas
•Capability to build a strong rapport and manage relationships with senior management executives of key stakeholders
•Demonstrate leadership qualities in training and building a team to effectively execute and deliver market results
•Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities for evidence-based decision making
•Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by paying attention to detail where required
•Must be a confident person capable of demonstrating leadership traits, such as being able to appropriately respond to and manage difficult, high pressure situations
