Key Responsibilities:
- To check Pro Forma Invoice, solve dispute with concern purchaser if needed and input information in SAP to process LC and LCA.
- To cooperate Banks and Suppliers regarding LC, LCA and Amendment copies.
- To provide LC, LCA and Amendment copies to concerned suppliers as per the prescribed format and keeping the record in SAP.
- To provide discrepancy acceptance approval to the banks and input the information of Doc received from the bank in SAP.
- To endorse copy of Docs and process shipping guarantee.
- To collect freights for FOB consignment
- To assist Commercial Manager with all the relevant operational activities.
