Berger Paints Bangladesh limited is hiring Officer Inventory planning & Replenishment 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage and monitor the depot replenishment plan to ensure that it aligns with the sales progression, safe storage capacity, and desired holding days.
- To maintain coordination with the depot and factory distribution teams to keep distribution costs within budget.
- To actively drive the liquidation strategy for finished aged stock, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team, R&D, Manufacturing, Demand Planning Team, and Factory and Depot distribution team.
- To ensure capturing, investigation, resolution, and reporting of all customer-related complaints being an effective communicator promptly.
- To analyze and implement an optimization plan for the overall logistics & distribution network awarding a competitive advantage to the business in terms of efficiency (time and cost), and also periodically review whether the existing rate is compatible with the current market rate.
- To coordinate with the depot distribution team to ensure true demand capturing at the depot level to identify the customer service trends and the reasoning for short/ excess delivery.
- To generate various business reports with SAP, Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot to support business decision-making.

Job Requirements:
- B.Sc in Engineering (preferably mechanical engineering) from a well-reputed university.
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
