Bata is hiring Management Trainee Officer- Retail 2022 in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the team comprising Store/ Outlet Managers and Sales Promoters
- Manage and run a set of stores/ outlets in designated area
- Achieve business targets both in Volume and Value
- Ensure profitability of the stores
- Take care of the inventory and company property associated with the stores of assigned business district
- Identify locations for new stores, help Real Estate in negotiation and execute new projec
- Control store expenses; in particular, personnel, utility, selling & handling, and rent
- Ensure visual merchandise as per company guidelines
- Groom the store team as per standard
- Visit store/area as per travelling plan to implement specific program for business growth
- Ensure good governance of operation
- Expand/ relocate/ consolidate stores as per plan
- Ensure excellent customer service to delight consumers
- Improve Conversion Rate, Average Basket Value, MSI and other KPIs
- Prepare and provide regular, periodic, and other reports required by the company
- Prepare business plan and yearly budget for the assigned area
- Develop and train the outlet/ store sales force
- Provide market intelligence data
- Collect, process, and analyze data to discover the insights
- Meet/ exceed other regular and new KPI targets set time to time
- All other pertinent jobs required by company
