BAT is looking for IDT Services Officer 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage IDT services in Savar factory that includes, end-user devices, LAN/WAN networks, servers, VC solutions and OT technologies.
- Coordinate with different remote global teams to drive solutions.
- Develop, monitor, and improve different IT services KPI.
- Understand IDT compliance and ensure its adherence
- Actively manage service performance across IDT services, driving service reviews and improvement activities across functions.
- Constantly identifying opportunities to extract operational cost efficiencies while driving towards a consumption driven service model.
- Embed a security first mindset to ensure that compliance KPIs across IDT services processes are maintained.
- Act as the service line owner and relationship manager for local vendors.
- Plan and lead lifecycle management, optimization roadmaps and risk analysis for IDT Services assets.
- Drive outcomes that are fit for market purpose across functional engagement channels.
- Exploit opportunities to drive digital acceleration through orchestration of centres of enablement and excellence.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering or equivalent/
- Has 2 years of experience in IT
- Has excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation
- Able to work under pressure while being adept at conflict resolution, relationship management and can drive collaborative outcomes with stakeholders across geographical and functional teams.
- Has the ability to innovate, drive for creative solutions and can operate autonomously in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and management experience in digital technology (e.g. robotics, API, IOT and Big Data) will be an added advantage.
