BAT is looking for Communications Executive – Operations 2021 in Dhaka.

This role significantly contributes to the overall operations function communication strategy by ensuring the right communication is established aligning with business needs. Through developing and establishing a proper communication channel, this role will aid the cultural transformation journey for BAT Bangladesh Operations Team.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Develop and establish internal communication strategy for production floor employee, Management & Stakeholders for BATB Ops
• Craft comprehensive multi audience cycle plan to build two way of communication between managers and shop floor employee.
• Design an end to end comms matrix for communication channel, content, owner and timeline.
• Develop channels and a new way of communication to establish the two-way process aligned with compelling business needs
• Design, develop and roll-out milestones of transforming and redefining BATB operations into a world-class operation with the right people, process, and structure in place
• Planning and execution of local and global project cascades and communications to the employee base
• Develop and establish internal communications project as part of the cultural transformation journey
• Optimize people structure through developing the right capability and right structure among the shop floor
