BAT is looking for a Assistant Manager – Commercial Counsel 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing all types of Agreements.
- Coordinating with agreement owners for finalizing and executing agreements with third parties.
- General contract management and maintaining an up-to-date database for all agreements.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative role in the Contract Lifecycle management (CLM) database and their approval flow.
- Conduct periodic review of contract management system to identify any issues, to drive projects to enhance and improve the Contract Lifecycle management (CLM) database and approval flow.
- Instruct external legal counsels to file and take any necessary steps in the cases.
- Obtain periodic updates from external legal counsels on the cases of the company.
- Maintain updated database of litigation.
- Managing litigation records.

- LLB degree from a reputed university (Barrister-at-Law will be an advantage)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in legal practice (experience of working as an in-house legal counsel in a multi-national company will be an advantage)
