Job Responsibilities:
- Architecture Ownership: Own and optimize digital architecture, ensuring scalability, stability, modernization, and mentoring developers for future growth.
- Business Requirements Analysis & Application Design: Analyze business requirements, design applications, and integrate web apps, APIs, and digital service platforms.
- Application Development: Lead Development of highly scalable and configurable App, web applications, APIs, backend systems, micro-services, etc.
- Lead the development teams and squads: Lead the development with in-house team and in co-ordination of augmented teams and partners to ensure robust applications with efficient design and cost optimization by following Agile way of work.
- Enforce Application Quality, Security & Scalability: Implement quality codes, end-to-end testing and security compliance by following standards and best practices.
- Efficiency: Ensure efficiency and optimization while devising the Architecture and designing Solutions that guarantee optimized use of resources.
- Change Management: Responsible for managing “Change Management” with co-ordination of Partners/Vendor and OEM.
- Security and Data Privacy: Ensure SW architecture, design and solution to strongly adhere and implement security rules as per Veon Security policy.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team, removing obstacles, fostering innovation, and developing future software architects.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in large software architecture environment.
- Design and implementation of Micro-services (Micro Service technologies like Spring Boot, Quarkus, GraphQL & service mesh architectures
- Proven experience in BackEnd development of Web and Mobile applications with modern technologies (Node-Js, PHP Laravel, Python, Go,Nest, NiFi, gRPC, GMS)
- Cloud technologies (AWS and Google Cloud and others) + services
- Understanding of Security concepts in relation to Microservices
- Understanding of API (REST/ SOAP / TMF) & building proof of concept
- Understanding of Virtualization technologies & container solutions such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Understanding of Analytics and monitoring platforms and technologies such as Splunk and Tableau
- Worked in Agile teams and organizations (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Experience in CI/CD methodology
