Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop segmented BTL campaigns based on customer profile to increase data customer base and maintain sustainable growth.
- Post campaign analysis of KPIs in terms of customers’ behavior and preferences at different stages throughout customer lifecycle in order to understand insights and turn into a product idea.
- Collaborate with teams to implement new strategies and modify existing tactics to improve customer retention performance.
- Work with Business Analytics teams to gather analytics on customer segments, customer behaviors in the ever changing market and usage dynamics.
- Turn the analytics into actions to ensure relevant customer engagement programs with sensible pricing and campaigns strategies.
- Study global practices and assess the feasibility in current context with proper risk assessments and take actions for adaption if available in existing platform or suggest to acquire new one
- Aim to focus on customer satisfaction by creating simpler journeys through relevant channels using the right strategies.
- Develop segment-wise strategy, upgradation within segments, and MyBL & Toffee app penetration (both short term & long term) in alignment with the company’s goal.
- Strategies based on market research and surveys to utilize the right service platforms efficiently for MP growth
- Capitalization of events by ensuring right product placement under the theme to create buzz across digital platforms

Eligibilities
Eligibilities:
- CSE/Business/EEE graduate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate Knowledge on CVM methodology, principles, capabilities, and technique.
- Strong analytical, planning and coordination skills.
- Experience in managing customer analytics.
- Basic Knowledge on campaign management platforms
- Understanding on global digital landscape
- Disciplined detail-oriented style, combined with ability to simultaneously work at a strategic level.
- Good knowledge in project management
- Good resource & people management skills
- Good knowledge in Telecom charging, GSM, GGSN & global trends
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
