Banglalink is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner- Senior Manager 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive & implement global strategies and HR initiatives in line with local Centre/Functional needs
- Work in coordination with the leaders and develop in implementing all engagement initiatives across employees at Commercial function
- Play an active role to conduct the calibration session with productive inputs and capture relevant data to drive a successful performance management during performance cycle
- Be a facilitator and advocate to the respective stakeholders regarding the long term plans by working with them to gain additional support and leverage
- Providing day-to-day talent management guidance to line management (coaching, career development) to ensure a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with the HRBP Head to manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally by building strong business relationship with the assigned departments
- Take the ownership and help HRBP design succession plans for key talents and key job positions for Commercial function along with Talent Development Team
- Present updates on various HR updates in front of audience and able to answer with acceptable reasoning
- Liaison with the function and see whether the recruitments and placements in the functions are on track. Analyze raw data and different report (Exit Data, Overtime data) to find the variation of elements

Eligibilities
- Sound knowledge Computer literacy and experience with HRIS
- Sound understanding on performance and talent management
- Thorough Knowledge on employment and local labor laws
- Ability to review and analyze numerical/statistical data
- Good industry knowledge & market dynamics.
- 6 -8 years of related experience
- BBA (in any discipline) from any reputed UGC approved university
