Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating the Training Cohort Datasheets
- Create and update the Training-related data for the Training Dashboard
- Populate the Training Datasheets with data from the Learning Management System and the Typing Club Platform
- On-time submission of various Training related inputs on the various platforms used by the Training Team
- Provide weekly cohort updates and escalate emergent issues pertaining to trainees to management
- Coordinate with the Augmedix US team regarding the training platforms, training metrics, and the Learning Management System issues
- Prepare weekly reports on the team KPIs, current standings, metrics, and metrics projections, and allied with 100% accuracy alongside meeting the deadline
- Analyze the training data and provide regular updates to the Training Managers along with the prediction of an impending crisis and crisis management suggestions
- Innovate and implement automation processes for the Training Program
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate the calibration model for all the phases of the training program
- Develop and implement expertise on the Smartsheet platform and create process workflows
- Effective information management to ensure the optimum flow of information throughout the operation
- Proactively comes up with suggestions and remediation plans in the Training operations to increase efficacy and flexibility
- Any other relevant tasks assigned by the direct Line Manager

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in CSE, EEE, IT, MIS, or Statistics from an accredited University
- At least 1 year of prior work experience in duties related to coordination and data management
- Moderate expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Gsuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication
- Sound knowledge in various resource management portals like Lucid Chart, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc will be an added advantage
