Augmedix is looking for Grading Specialist 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Grade recruitment assessment copies
- On-time score delivery
- Maintaining the grading KPIs according to the SLAs
- Provide additional support for grading if required
- Error-free grading submissions according to the grading rubric
- Proactively flag any concerns found while grading the copies
- Watchful observation to detect any kind of plagiarism
- Maintain Augmedix Security and Compliance Protocol
- Joining the weekly training meeting
- Provide input on the versions of different assessments
- If required have to come to the office to attend meetings.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Graduation (Bachelor’s) from a recognized, reputed & accredited university
- Preferred background – English Literature and Linguistics, TESOL
- Any other Professional certifications (globally recognized) will be considered
- 1 year of relevant experience as an examiner in an institution/ in a learning setup
- Freshers’ are also encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of English grammar, C1 English level, and Americanism
Soft Skill Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the team, while being flexible to adapt changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Ability to make sound decisions on available information while demonstrating a thorough concern to details.
- Competent to work with data collection, analysis, interpret and evaluate complex data from various sources.
