Job Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from multiple platforms (Salesforce, Retool, Outreach, Google Suite) to calculate sales commissions.
- Determine invoice payment status, deal signing dates, involved parties, and applicable commission rates.
- Process data efficiently to meet tight deadlines for approvals and payments.
- Collaborate with sales managers, finance team, and other stakeholders for commission verification and approval.
- Consolidate commission payments into a monthly schedule.
- Maintain and update complex Excel models for commission calculations.
- Incorporate feedback to refine commission models and processes.
