Augmedix is Looking for Assistant Manager( HR) 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the employee leave management to ensure that the employees are compliant with the leave policy and update the leave database accordingly.
- Prepare monthly payroll sheet of Augmedix Bangladesh employees by adjusting salary, leave, weekend shifts, holidays and bonuses.
- Prepare and distribute letters to employees for organizational requirements such as confirmation, increment, promotion, term changes, and other certificates.
- Maintain and update both ADP and Zenefits whenever there is new joiners entry, termination and term changes of both BD and US employees.
- Update Compliance tracker, police verification, and prepare OIG report for both US and BD AXBD employees required for operational purposes.
- Make recommendations & conduct Training and Development matters to ensure our employees continue to learn and grow
- Update information of Company Organogram and employee directory required for management.
- Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision-making purposes.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR operational processes are fit for the purpose
- Lead the development of innovative policies and creative methods of working for wellbeing, employee engagement, and related initiatives.
- Recruiting process improvement: using data to create dashboards to present updates to the leadership team and suggest changes to the process and support the recruitment team.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from any reputed university
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human resources
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Sound knowledge of labor laws
