Augmedix is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer 2021 in Dhaka
Responsibilities
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux Based Operating Systems, Applications and Security Patches
- Experience on basic hardware assembling and troubleshooting
- Network (LAN) connection setup and troubleshooting for a computer
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Knowledge on basic network protocols and configurations (i.e. Static routing, BGP, NAT, DHCP)
- Inventory Management (Hardware, Software, Licensing).
- Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation.

Eligibilities
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering ,Information Technology or Equivalent.
- CCNA or 3+ Years information technology experience (Hardware Troubleshooting and Networking)
- Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment
