Augmedix is hiring Coordinator2023 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g., access control, security cameras)
  • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations and fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
  • Keep track of the stock, restock office and kitchen supplies, and place purchase requisitions as per need while maintaining an updated record of invoices from suppliers.
  • Oversee the schedule for cleaning, disinfecting, and dispatch facility.
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal, and office parking, and keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.

Eligibilities

  • Graduation from any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience working in Admin or Facilities.
  • Moderate English communication both written and verbal along with proficiency in Word and Excel (G-suite proficiency would be a plus).
  • Willing to follow instructions and receive guidance along with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage the transportation of 600+ employees in different shifts.
