Augmedix is hiring Business Support Specialist 2021 in Dhaka.
You will have the opportunity to grow in our Business support team and work with talented people based in Dhaka and San Francisco (US).
Job Responsibility
- Transcribing everyday customer feedback within the timeline
- Managing the Country Director’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Organizing meetings including scheduling remote and in-person meetings, sending reminders and organizing category when necessary
- Taking meeting notes that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took place during the meeting
- Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports etc.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Creating purchase order and purchase requisition to order materials, goods and supplies
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
- Managing content on various social media including writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.

Eligibilities
- Excellent written, verbal communication in English and documentation skills are essential.
- Comfortable working hybrid/night shift to accommodate US time zones
- Time-management skills, ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Graduates from any discipline. BBA/ MBA from any reputed universities preferred.
- Knowledge over excel/google sheet, PPT/ google slide, professional email writing skill will be advantageous.
