Adventus.io is looking for Client Relationship Officer 2021 in Dhaka.
The organization is looking for the next Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join the team in Dhaka. As a CRO, the goal is to provide a seamless customer experience that enables trust and loyalty to maximize customer loyalty and revenue retention.
Job Responsibilities:
Using the jobholders’ deep knowledge of the platform he/she will proactively identify training needs and opportunities in addition to resolving any issues to ensure that the customers are satisfied. Additionally the jobholders’ time will be focused across key areas below;
- Providing best possible service to channel partners and recruiters on platform through efficient professional service
- Proactively manage the student pipeline for new and incomplete applications within defined TAT’s
- Follow up with recruiters to keep the pipeline clear of dead offers within defined TAT’s ensuring student conversion rates continuously improve
- Maintaining a deep understanding of platform updates, new offerings and the QCV process and be able to articulate those to recruiters
- Foster strategic working relationships with recruiters throughout the relationship lifecycle
- Maintain a deep working knowledge of Adventus University portfolio including the universities and different campuses
- Maintain a high level of relevant industry and competitor knowledge (including GRE, IELTS, PTE, post study work permits) to enhance service to recruiters
- Represent partner universities / institutions in Adventus exhibitions and recruitment events.

Prior experience in higher education industry, student admissions or international student recruitment required.
