Aarong is looking for Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager, Procurement, Supply Chain 2025 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality products and services at optimal costs.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency for Aarong and AAF.
- Analyze supplier price proposals to negotiate and secure the best possible terms and pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze procurement reports, including requisition status, delivery timelines, and pending production items.
- Take proactive measures to address delays and maintain inventory levels within acceptable tolerance limits.
- Conduct regular evaluations of the procurement process to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor the procurement team, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (preferably in Finance or Supply Chain Management) from any reputed university.
- Professional Degree/Certification/Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain will be preferable.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and Supply chain Management at any reputed organization with a minimum of 3 years in leadership position.
