Aarong is looking for Officer, Recruitment & Employer Branding, Human Resources, 2022 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks of the selected candidates
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Assist in planning, coming up with ideas, managing, and executing employer branding initiatives

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Eligibilities

Education:

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration (Preferably in Human Resource Management) from any reputed university

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Familiar with a wide variety of recruitment techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
