Aarong is hiring Senior Officer – Training 2021 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify appropriate training
- Plan, organize and conduct different training programs that address specific business needs
- Prepare annual training calendar and follow up its implementation
- Develop and prepare different training contents as per assignments
- Assist in preparing departmental training budgets
- Track and monitor training Inventory for stock management
- Maintain liaison with external stakeholders, i.e., training institutes, trainers, etc.
Aarong is a chain of Bangladeshi department stores specializing in Bengali ethnic wear and handicrafts. It is owned by the non-profit development agency BRAC and employs thousands of rural artisans across the country. It currently operates twenty-one outlets in nine Bangladeshi metropolitan cities.

Eligibilities
Education:
- A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
