Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engagements alongside the Partner in compliance with AWC’s policies and protocols
- Lead the engagement team in performing the engagement and delivering high-quality client service
- Monitor the team’s progress toward milestones and adjust plans when necessary
- Cultivate business development opportunities by understanding AWC’s service lines and actively seeking ways to apply knowledge and services
- Coach team members and give them opportunities to develop both their technical competencies and relationship management skills
- Promote a culture of collaboration and personal accountability within the team
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training
- Establish and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks

Eligibilities
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Chartered Accountant (Bangladesh) qualification
- At least 5 years of public accounting or related experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and IAS
- Experience working in a global professional services organization or other public accounting firms
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
- Business proficiency level in the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree (MBA, MS, Ph.D.) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven relationship management skills and experience building rapport with key stakeholders
- Ability to manage and motivate teams with team members at all levels
- Experience using audit, tax, or accounting software
