Job Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate and report to the Site Manager & Head of operations-Bangladesh-daily
- You will look after all the project’s scientific and technical aspects in open pond systems
- Actively participate in research activities including method development and weekly meetings with the team
- You will culture algae in Lab & Raceway
- You will run & operate the pumps, motors, and filtration system
- You will manage the local community when required.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Electrical engineering, Civil Engineering (Environment Major), Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Water Resource Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields
- Good Written & Spoken English
- Experience in Micro-organisms, preferably Micro-algae cultivation is a must-have
- Experience with water quality (ex. BOD, COD, TOC etc) testing is a must-have
- knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, motors, running a raceway pond, knowledge of solar electricity panels, lighting systems, AC/DC, dealing with AMC (annual maintenance) and MMC(monthly maintenance), assisting with the plumbing and electrical work (electrical load) at the site – is a plus
- Availability to be present at the location in Dinajpur, Bangladesh
- Experience with fieldwork
