10 Minutes is looking for Supervisor/Team Lead, Customer Experience and Digital Channel 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Assign the tasks to the employees and assess performances with call center metrics.
- Set targets and goals for the week, month.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve sales and conversions.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to the company policies and regulations.
- Prepare performance reports regularly (weekly, monthly, annually)
- Motivate the agents and maintain optimum performance in the call center.
- Supervise agents that process calls, and fulfill the needs of existing customers that are at risk of canceling services.
- Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals.

- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Spreadsheet for preparing and analysing different reports.
- Customer’s problem listening and solving skills.
- Proper knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
