Job Responsibilities
- Assign the tasks to the employees and assess performances with industry standard metrics.
- Set weekly & monthly targets for Student Advisor Teams..
- Focus on constructive feedback to improve sales and conversions.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulations to maintain operational integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, annually).
- Utilize effective leadership strategies to inspire Student Advisors towards continuous growth.
- Handle customer complaints with the aim of enhancing satisfaction and securing renewals
- Supervise agents addressing calls and addressing the needs of existing customers at risk of canceling services.
